No. The first step is to share your images with us and select a title design from our gallery of samples. We will supply you with a proof of the title you select for your approval. Once you approve the title design we will request a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost. When you approve the final video proof and the job is done we will send an invoice for the remaining balance.

Yes, we will create a folder using our cloud storage service called Dropbox and provide permission to all family members to make contributions of content.
Yes, we use sophisticated image processing tools to restore the color and clarity including focus to old images. This also includes repairing cracks, scratches, tape marks and any other damage caused to the image. The cost to repair an image is $5.
Yes, we will share the finished video with you online for your approval before we send a final invoice. We also provide proofs of the opening and closing titles for your approval.
We provide two free rounds of edits for a video when it is finished. A round means any number of edits requests supplied to us at the same time in the same email. Any edits that are necessary due to our errors do not count toward your two free rounds. We want you to be happy with your video so we do not limit the total number of editing rounds, just the cost. Additional editing rounds are $50 each.
We mail the flash drives using USPS two day priority service. You don’t have to wait, your video will be immediately available online to download as soon as it is finished from our Dropbox folder.
There is no limit to the number of images in a video. There is a minimum number of 50 required for us to produce a video for you.
