Steve served honorably in the
US Navy for four years, dedicating himself to his country with commitment and pride. After his military service, he embarked on a professional journey as a Land Surveyor before transitioning into a successful career as a Project Manager in the Flooring Industry. Steve’s dedication to his work was paralleled only by his devotion to his family and his caring nature that left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
He pursued higher education at San Diego State University, which furthered his skills and knowledge, greatly contributing to his professional achievements.
Steve was a very caring person who loved his family immensely. He is survived by his wife, Linda R. Harmon; daughter, Kristi Lyn Martin; son-in-law, Curtis Ryan Martin; grandson, Nixon Hunter Martin; sister in law, Cindy Holligan; brother in law, Scott Denny and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Helen Harmon, and his sister and brother-in-law, Cheri and Dennis Johnson.

Dr, San Diego, CA at 11:30 am on September 6, 2024. The El Cajon Mortuary and Funeral Home in El Cajon, CA, is assisting the family during this time.
